interesting day...got 2 shots in my foot (cortisone), and boy does the one in the big toe hurt like bugger...this is what I get from standing so much (hair dresser)...but I guess it's ok as it's taken me 22 years to have problems with my feet (actually 50 years truth be told...sigh)...but this should relieve the discomfort in my foot (mind you it's not to bad...I like to address problems early before they are huge problems that require alot more attention and intervention)
so given my sucky day...I deserve to win...right....no comments necessary...it's alright to be silent right about NOW |

actually, i'm not insomniac. I have Delayed sleep phase syndrome
4.35 am here(Argentina) If you are thinking about winning..:-)..try in 2 hours...

| Oh man, I must have that too!! yes, so i'm not just crazy, there is such thing as not being able to sleep at night. i feel the freshest during the nighttime, i woke up early this morning, so i can fall asleep at night, but it didn't help. are you getting treated for this? i read there that it can be treated. |
