I totally agree with you. To some it might be funny but for those who took the time to think about the challenge, gather the components, excute the shot and then process it means more than just a game. Shame some cant just be adults and stop toying around. It really does take the fun out of participating in challenges on this site. |

I'm still getting over yesterday's shoot! :)
I needed my husband's help with this one, and even though he really didn't have the time, he went anyway. It should have taken only 1.5 hours, and we should have been fine. But it took close to three, due to issues beyond our control. We spent the last hour in a blind panic that he was going to miss an extremely important meeting that he was supposed to be running for some VIPs. It worked out -- just barely, but I'm still feeling very badly about it. It threw off other issues pretty badly yesterday, as well. So I'm still getting over my PTSS. :)
It'll settle down in a couple of days, and then I can just be emotional for the sake of being emotional. That's much more fun! :P

Guess I missed the Attack of the Trolls. Sounds like it caused a little excitement (making things more interesting?) Edging up slightly from last night's numbers. Looking good so far (and some nice comments too- thanks!)

NOT me... I sat here eating lunch and reviewing my scores I gave last night and raised SEVERAL by a point or 2.... I find it hard to go thru and look and vote at once, so I do an intial vote, and go back later and really study the photos... Don't think I've ever lowered a score... BUT boo hoo some one lowered mine!!!!! Phffffttttttt Oh well there goes all that money I would've won (ROFLMAO) |

I've had it a number of times, as well. But my first validation request resulted in a DQ, even though I thought I was doing everything legally. (I knew you weren't supposed to modify the original, so I did a Save As, thinking that it wouldn't touch the original. It did.) I've had probably about 19 validations since then, but they still make me nervous. :)

| This has got to the weirdest ride in a long time in a 12 hour time frame I jumped from a 4.8 to a 5.5. This morning I would have been happy just to make a 5- haha now I want a 6! |

| I just wish that the voters that gave low scores, because they didn't like the photo, they would specify the reason behind it. I only have good comments and yet my scores (for this one and the halloween one) are around 5.5 give or take. Although, I shouldn't complain, I don't really give bother giving bad comments either.lol |

Gah!
I just got a couple of low scores which managed to get mine under 6..
:S
To be fair, I should be happy; it's probably a decent score if I compare my photo to other photos from the challenge.. |
