Take a photo of something or somebody that would relate to or remind of  Langdon (Co-creator of DPC).
I think this would be very interesting to see. This challenge idea has nothing to do about his photos, rather his work here at DPC.
Can you come up with anything at all? |

I like the idea. I also liked shooting for his birthday ( //www.dpchallenge.com/challenge_results.php?CHALLENGE_ID=653 ) . Perhaps if we shot for him on another day...perhaps a made up event? Like Langdonday

The first archived challenge -- Road Signs -- is #2. It was open for two weeks, Jan. 14-31, 2002, and had nine entries ...
I believe there was no actual challenge #1 -- that it was "used up" in testing or something. |

Those Road Sign Challenges were fun.
Could be even more interesting if the Challenge was thrown open to displayed signs of any variety.

When I first joined I was amazed at how well this site was organized and how the logic and programming keeps everything automated and updated. I've never scene a site that runs like this before. Is there any threads that explain how the programming or development happened? I've liked the recent ideas to possibly change the page background colour to black. A refresh of the website's colour palette would be nice IMO. Regardless, all due respect to Langdon and those that keep this place a well oiled machine.

it is a sweet looking thing, look just like him, his name is Austin about 4 months old now. he is adorable! |
