This is the plane I was on the other day when I took the sky image. Retro processing as it sort of fitted. I think it was Picture Show.
More messing with the new version of Picture Show.

me too. I have enjoyed this a lot ... I struggle for one reason or another to get good scores on the main challenges ... Mind you it can get a bit exhausting always on the look for a good image particularly if I'm tired.

Day 19 Bonus
This is just to show you another useful little app. There is a free version that will probably be adequate for most needs, and a $1.99 version that has more sizes and layouts.
App: Photo ID DIY. It is categorized as Utility not Photography.
All it does is create printer ready photo layouts for using as passport, visa, etc. ID photos. It has standard sizes and there is a cropping tool. It can use an existing photo or use the camera to take one. It can do color or convert to b/w. There is a slider for brightness, but that's it.
Very easy and quick to use. |

Older shot, but it just won me a free KB cover in a contest on KB Covers Facebook Page
which is timely, since this is of an Aperture 3 cover, and I just got CS5, needs me all the help I can get with that!

The pic was taken around 4.00 pm. It's the filter that makes it look so dark. We get around 12 1/2 hrs daylight right now, losing around 5 mins a day until December. So right now sunrise is around 7.00 am and sunset is 7.20 pm.

Oh, thanks. That's almost exactly the same as here right now. |
