I know seven of the nine for sure, and can probably make educated guesses on the other two.
I know this feature runs daily in some papers -- any reason you picked this batch of questions? |

(it runs daily in the Minneapolis paper. My husband and I like taking the quiz together. We already took this one, so I posted it for people to have fun with.

I didn't get Pat Garrett -- but I did know the Charlie McCarthy one.

Presumably 1953, when only a few hundred were built? My uncle actually had one of these, and it was supposed to come to me. But his wife sold it when he was institutionalized with Early Alzheimers, way back in the mid-80's. Some guy heard about it, knocked on her door, and offered her $500 for a car she considered to be "useless" (as she put it when I said "WHYYYYYY?").
Sigh.

I'm pretty sure of all but #10. #15 is a trick question, and could have two correct answers depending on whether you define "metal" by its chemical or physical characteristics. |
