One of my favorite filters is the Radial Blur filter in Photoshop and I think it would be fun to have a challenge where we are allowed to use a forbidden filter.

I think that this would be fun too. Do you envisage everyone using the same forbidden filter in a challenge, the Radial Blur filter as an example, or do you see it is an open choice? Either way, worth trying.

Any single forbidden filter would be educational, if the filter used had to be identified in the photo's title. Good idea.

Well, we could just do a radial blur or maybe a selection of the bad boys. : )

Here is my challenge entry from the Dreams challenge (LONG ago) and my DQ because I didn't know I couldn't use it.

It almost sounds naughty. I like it! Would a Fractalius challenge be too much to hope for?

I'd love to have a play with Fractallus but you can't get it for Mac unfortunately. I don't know if there is something similar or not.
