		| | Hello, iv just been given a job opurtunity in london, the studio which i will be working in has no lighting, so i have been asked to take my own lighting.
i have quite a lot of gear for one person to take (3 strobes+stands, 2 lightboxes and two umbrellas).

My question is, what is the usual way to move all this gear from A to B without causing a fuss or any damage to the equiptment?

 Thanks in advance!

		| | I have a little more than you and it all came with carry cases. When I do an external job I sometimes get away with one trip to the car, but mainly two. |

		| | The problem is, i might be having to rely on public transport and walking with my lighting. My gear did not come with a carry case. Where can i buy one? or an alternative? thanks |

		| | Will be rough without cases, and to get cases that fit your gear well will be difficult and/or expensive. If you're traveling within the city I'd look for some "man with a van" ads on online community boards, etc., that can help you get your gear there without public transit.

If you ever watched some Top Gear (BBC) shows you will know that there are some crazy drivers out there... please be careful and use trusted companies only!
