When you send the ticket to add a lens, is there any confirmation that should come back?
I added, or at least tried, last week. So far, no show. Or is there a certain number of people that have to own one? I actually did take a picture with the lens, and actually do intend to enter it in the sunshine after the rain challenge.
I'm not complaining, just curious... |

When I last did it I got a reply in a few days. I'm the only one who owns it too so you don't need more than one owner.
Admin presence is becoming as rare as a 6 score in my portfolio. ;) |

| The last time I sent an add request, (last week) it was added the same day and I got confirmation that evening. |

| I've done several requests for equipment additions and they've always been added within a few hours, followed by an e-mail from a SC member telling me it's been done. I also normally send them a photo of the camera or lens to make it easier. |

My guess is that the SC are, like everyone else I know, pedaling hard to catch up from the short week (US Labor Day holiday on Monday), and so DPC duties have slipped.
They will get to it, rest assured; there is no requirement for a certain number of people to own, one is enough! Heck, I added a *large* number of uncommon lenses myself in years past. |

You can click on help, one of the options is; DPChallenge - Equipment Addition/Change
Use this if you've noticed a problem with our camera or lens database, if you have a picture of a camera or lens that we don't, or if you own a digital camera or lens that is not in our database.
I added a lens last week and it was put in the data base within one hour. |

Yep, both the lens and camera databases are managed and maintained by the SC. |

| If you supply a photo it may get your lens added sooner. |
