Wow, I would never pay for something like that. What do they give you for your money?
How do you know if this service checks millions of websites?
Well anyone can do that, it's called a "Google" search.
1) copyright your images youself, online with a computer.
If you can read this, you can do it.
It's easy See: US Copyright, FAQ, and .ppt Tutorial
2) Embed your copyright info into the IPTC data
3) Then post to Facebook or DPC or any where else.
Once posted online it's considered "Published works"
4) If someone in the US takes your picture send them a letter from your attorney, or a form letter, for the fee. If they don't pay in 10 days, threaten with legal action. They will probably pay you, unless your fees are greater then $25,000, which is the amount a court can award you.
