Does anyone have any experience with this? My daughter is a senior in art school and did a very nice illustrated children's book last semester, that I believe is sellable (then, again...I'm her dad). I'd like to either try to self publish and market it, or get some printed up to send to publishers to see if they have any interest.
Are there any other outlets like lulu that you might suggest, as well, where I could get samples printed?

I've used them for calendars, a photo book gift and my daughter's wedding album. Very happy with the quality and customer service. They have marketing packages at various levels to help you sell; the only one of those I used was the Amazon listing, which is passive but definitely brought in a few extra sales. |

I used Blurb to publish a photo book. The result was beautiful, and I'm very happy with it. |

My gf has used MyPublisher before with good results. They currently have a $20 gift card special for new customers.

Take a look at CreateSpace. It's Amazon's publishing division... a little more limited than Lulu or Blurb, but much cheaper. |
