I know that Topaz Adjust has been given the okay for basic editing (even though the rules still don't spell that out) but I haven't seen anything about the other Topaz processes. So, can I, or can't I? |

I use detail in basic regularly. It does not have any selective adjustments. All adjustments get applied across the entire image. I am sure it's legal. I don't own Topaz Clean, however, so not sure about that one. |

Thanks. If detail is okay, clean would be too. It also gets applied to the whole image and there are fewer styles to choose from. It all puzzles me a bit, because some pretty radical effects can be achieved with adjust, detail or, to a lesser degree, clean. |

Indeed. Don't forget the caveat in the rules- "These filters must be applied uniformly to the entire image, and must not be used in such a way that their use becomes a feature."
There haven't been any DQ's I know of so far, only speculation on what constitutes features, and I'd guess it would get down to a vote. |

I don't think I'll stick my neck out by overdoing anything. Actually the image I intend to enter is very mildly affected, I just wanted to make sure it would be legal. |
