I use Detail much more than I use Adjust, now that I have both, but they are different facets of a similar coin. Detail just seems generally more useful for highly-detailed, 5D images, whilst Adjust seemed more versatile for 20D images. Detail has an extraordinary ability to render certain colors tonally via sliders that's really, really useful. Adjust does not have that.
Simplify has become indispensable for me, it really helps cleaning up images that are too detailed to show to advantage at 800 pixels.
ReMask is extraordinary, though I rarely need it for my kind of work, so far. But there's nothing else like it, and a new, faster and cleaner version is coming in a couple weeks.
So, personally, I'd lean towards the bundle, but by all means check 'em out with the free trial first.
