Well it's winding down for me, since Penny and I leave for the Virgin Islands tomorrow morning, where a 45-foot sloop, a  Yakatme, a  ShortStuff, and a tropical paradise await...
So, from the bottom of Bear's garden, a fond and lingering "Adieu!"

ETA: I'm happy to report that this makes 19 images I have posted in here, recisely one a day on average (if not in actuality) since the side challenge started :-)

Still outside, this is a different try at
reflecting the background through a vignette.
It's really a fun experiment to focus on one object
and try to make each shot interesting, if not original.

Sorry I've been so MIA. Been crazy around here. Not sure if this is an "object", but it's not a bug or a flower :-)
I was thinking of entering it into industrial but the winner of rectangle is very similar, and I'd have to reshoot since I did this the day before the challenge was announced... |
