I can't seem to get my ipad to remember my network. I have to select the network each time. I do not have to re enter the password but have to click on the network....and yes, I have the settings right !

I wont get to touch mine until Monday, So I can't really help much. But if it is anything like the IP touch, there should be an option to ask to join networks I don't know if it would help or not by turning that off or on but it might make a difference. worth a try anyway.

I've had some issues with hotel wifis, but no problems at home.
Apple did release a new version of the OS for the iPad today, version 3.2.1
One of the fixes stated is improved wifi connectivity. I haven't installed yet, but you might want to give it a try. |

Just switch hands and it'll work. Or hold it at a 79 degree angle towards the north west while you're standing in a puddle facing east with the relative humidity at 47% and the stars in line with Saturn, on a Tuesday, evening, after 7:43 but before 7:57 while you're standing on one foot, the left one, in a blue and purple sock. I think that's what Jobs said in his letter. :) |

I have had my ipad since it first came out and I have this problem all the time. I have even memorized my 15 letter passcode. I tried changing the channel on the wifi router which did help some. I will have to try the new update but I expect that it works best with an Apple Router. |

I did just switch to an Apple router and it works great. I had a Linksys before that and it worked fine with the iPad until the router itself just quit connecting to the DSL modem for some reason. |
