| I've used up my 30 day trial and now I need to upgrade, but it seems like they are trying to force me into the CS5 extended upgrade instead of the regular version. Is it because I downloaded the extended? Do I need to go somewhere else on the site? There is a difference in the price, right? Extended is $299. Isn't the ordinary upgrade $199? |

Yes, the upgrade to CS5 should be $199. Oddly, the price I find for the Extended is $349. Why it won't let you do the regular version I do not know.

If he's anything like my MD grandfather, God rest his soul, Jason should be the picture of regularity, a morning-and-evening guy...

| That goes without saying Fritz. Hmm, I'll keep looking at it tonight, but it's frustrating because there seem to be no links to get out and I recall having trouble trying to download the regular trial version in the first place. Of course they would rather you forked out for the extended version. |
