I want something more convenient to carry around, and the wife recently broke my old PowerShot A95.

My priorities:

1. Zoom of 14x or more and also very wide end.
2. Very small size, similar to Canon PowerShot SX210 IS
3. Able to shoot RAW format.
4. Shoots video and can zoom during video.

Any advice?

I bet she broke it on purpose.

Canon Powershot SX210IS

It features a 14 megapixel sensor. An f/3.1-5.9 lens starts at a wide 28mm angle and offers 14x optical zoom. A 3.0 inch wide-aspect display occupies the back panel. Like the SX200 before it, the SX210 will record 720p HD video, but this time it's available through a dedicated video record button.

Thanks, tried it. It looks like the only way to get big zoom plus RAW is in a "compact" camera that is too big for a small pocket. So I think I'm stuck with JPG if I want a small camera. The SX210IS that bear re-linked, seems like the way to go. At least that will hopefully follow the same menu logic as my Canon dSLRs.

I think I'm going to wait on it a while. Maybe something better will be invented... :-/

The Canon S3/S5 IS cameras had some "hacks" available which supposedly allowed capture in the RAW format, but I've never quite figured out how to use it. There might be somethng similar available for the newer models which have replaced these ...

The Powershot S90 shoots RAW, has a modest wide angle (28 mm full frame equivalent) and fits in a pocket.

Try the CHDK Canon Hack Disk Kit. Purportedly it's non-destructive and will give you RAW and other cool things, particularly on the video end, which I know will appeal to you.
