You mean like Olan Mills????? I'm looking for something more creative that brings out the essence of the person and their personality. I would prefer a head and shoulders shot but if it's dynamic I wouldn't be so rigid. |
It said a formal portrait. I'll go with that. That said, I'm NOT handing out 1s if they miss the mark, just knocking them down a bit. |
I believe the word formal was used so you wouldn't see a bunch of candids since the title is street portraiture. : ) |

But we still ended up with several candids anyway :) |

I have a 5.6667 - started with a 5 and better than my average so I'm not complaining. |

I don't know how it would have done in the challenge, but I LOVE the picture! Kudos for making a group picture something pleasant to look at rather than a bunch of people looking into the camera saying "cheeeeeeeees(ey)"
