Have you ever taken a photo that perfectly fits a challenge but was taken right before it was announced?

How about a shot you wished you had come across or thought of before last weeks challenge had closed, but now it's to late...?

This thread is for posting such BEFORE or AFTER the fact photos ;)

I know... I could have gone out and set up the shot again but I was to lazy and he didn't like having that sign tied to his head lol. :)

Shortly before Still Life, the challenge.

Then again... I've had the opposite happen too. This one was more intended for the SC than that challenge, and I decided to enter it sorta last second.


For awhile though, I was having challenge after challenge either happen right before or after an event that would provide tons of material for the challenge.
