For a while now i have been using plain velcro to fasten my cybersyncs to my speedlites. it keeps them out of the way and not swinging around BUT the velcro is very weak and it wears out after a short while.

overall ineffective.

until recently i thought there was nothing that i could do about this problem. (i had thought about using this new and improved velcro thats used in many lumopro flash accessories such as the Softbox III but didnt take times to get my hands on some)

anyways... my girlfriend recently gave me something that had the same fasteners that are used for E-Z toll road passes in NY, MA, RI, etc. i couldnt believe that i hadnt thought of it before! they work JUST like velcro but will hold 2 pounds per inch! and they dont fatigue like velcro does!

GOLDMINE. im picking up more today. just thought id share this recent discovery on here on the off chance that there are people like me who have become sick of fastening things with velcro.

by the way heres the link (i think they have them at target/home depot/walmart if you just cant wait like me):
