I wonder if it should be made clear in the challenge details that 'your best shot from March 2004' doesn't include shots submitted to other challenges? I'm sure this is understood by the majority, anyway, but it might catch a couple of new submitters out ...

| I'm pretty sure that most of us will try out something new that they haven't tried before. Like myself, I might do a long exposure of some sort. |

I was going to ask whether this would be allowed, but when I carefully read the challenge rules, I noticed that this is, indeed, not allowed. Glad to know it's not such an uncommon thought... |

| The general site submission rules (which apply to all photos) state that a photo may only be used for one challenge, even if cropped or adjusted differently. |

| I think Ed's point was just to remind everyone. It is one of the lesser discussed and debated rules, since the date restrictions and challenge themes would usually make using the same shot in two challenges impractical. Good catch, Ed. |
