Probably been done before but a challenge using only the focal length of 50mm? |

These types of challenges are great learning tools.
However, those with a P & S camera may not be able to accurately find 50mm.

It's been done before. Excluding P&S cameras, that is. "Double exposure" was a topic that pretty much excluded compacts due to technical capabilities. Did anyone with a P&S figure out a way to do that one?

You could use the kit zoom and find 50mm. |

ummm i have 2 lenses... an 18-55 and a 75 - 300 so how would I find 50 mm?

Use the 18-55 and try to figure out where the 50 would be on it

Back the 18-55 just a touch off of full zoom. Take a picture. Look at the exif data of the shot. It will include the focal length. Now put a piece of tape on the lens to keep it at 50mm. |
