Man, talk about rotten luck. I have a little time to go shoot something tomorrow afternoon and I'm scouting around for something new to get to. I typically do this with Google Earth looking over the posted pictures. Well, I saw Silver Falls State park, where I have been, but then to the northeast I saw Abiqua Falls. Oooh, sexy! So I then search for Abiqua Falls to find out how to get there. Bam! The landowner had closed it to public access as of...LAST MONTH! DOH!!!
Man, I'm upset...

This might not solve your problems Doc, but you might be interested in the following link. You might consider liaising with the owners... they might allow you to visit if you sign a waiver.

Oh I hate that!!! I love to hike and stuff (you should see me this fat blond hiking a steep incline mountian and the looks I get--- its great!) and TN has lots of hiking areas... some are fixed up and some are completely natural. Anyway long story short... I drove 155 miles to go to this hiking trail that everyone kept telling me about... I get there and the dang thing is closed... I was so mad!
