Here's one of my planned submissions, but I'm not sure if I'll get voted down for it not being "Bokeh"
However... In my opinion it fits since it "uses the technique of blurring a section of the photograph to help focus in on a specific subject" But I'm not sure how voters will react. I'd like your input before I submit.
ETA: PM me if you're not planning on voting and are willing to take a look.

It is not advisable to show your entries prior or during voting. You might like to ask for people to pm you for advice...but it is advisable to encourage them to not vote on your entry.

I know, that's the reason i didn't post it. Maybe I didn't make it clear, but I was wondering if someone who wasn't going to vote take a look at my entry and critique based on what they saw a "bokeh"
