I'm heading to Orlando on business day after tomorrow and will be there for a week. I've been there a few times but never found any good photo shops. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I don't mind pre-ordering stuff from BH, but it's also nice to browse in a shop. |

oh, we have a really nice one...Colonial Photo & Hobbie they seem to have it all or can get it easily...we used to have Wolfe Camera Shops but the majority of those have closed as have most of the Ritz camera shops...but Colonial Photo is one of the very best ones...

Thanks Janine! I think I actually might have been there once now that you point it out. I remember the location.
It would be very nice to meet up. I'll be staying at the Universal Portofino Bay and probably won't bother with a rental car this time since I don't really plan much travelling other than a trip to Florida mall and then maybe one trip down Colonial to the photo shop.
I'll be back and forth between the hotel and the Orange county convention centre Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and leave for Norway on Friday evening. I arrive in Orlando this Saturday mid-day. |

| this Sunday I have a baby shower to put on so I'm tied up there, I'm trying to think what would be interesting for Mon/Tue Evening to possibly go shoot...hmmm let me put my thinking cap on...what time are you done at the Convention Center on Either Monday or Tues, and you have next Thursday free? |

I'm probably finished at the convention centre around 4 both days but will be at a private Carlos Santana concert Tuesday evening, And I do have next Thursday free.
If you can come up with something it would be great. If not, I'll be back again next year. Even just a coffee and a chat but I see on the map that you're a little to the north so it's probably a bit if a drive. |
