This was my favorite from the challenge and still surprises me why it wasn't higher! Unfortunately my 10 for this picture didn't count, since I never finished 20% of my voting required!

Your photo is generally too soft. Even the "stopped motion" bits are simply too soft to make it an effective shot. It isn't that there is some motion blur, there are deeper issues. |
