I'm Thinking of buying the canon 70-200 F2.8 (non IS)from DigitalRev Photography Shop for £669 on ebay (shops here are charging £999)
Has anyone else brought anything from them before and what do you think of the service?

I've not bought from this company so I can't comment on their service.
I hope you realise that as this lens is being imported to the UK it will be liable for duty (approx 7% on lenses I think), a customs fee and VAT (17.5%), it may not be the bargain it appears. |

Remember to tell E-Bay that you are buying this for someone as a gift, I'm sure it means you don't have to pay as much tax???
If you read further down the page, under the Import duty heading it mentions it there.
Not sure if you have to send it to a different address... :-) |

Gifts are allowed from one private individual to another providing the value does not exceed £36. This is a company not an individual. |
