apparently its a race for the brown with me in the lead since this is the first time i've seen my score-
0 comments so far...
if i rate someone below a 5 you -know- i'm going to leave feedback for how they can improve because chances are i'm going to think they're new to photography if its below average

actually made it up to 7.0 an hour ago, but now it's starting to sink fast. But the fall is fully expected, and it was certainly fun while it lasted!

Don't worry I'm doing worse than you, mine might be the browm I can't take a trick. people are so fussy on DP.

first day scores have been notoriously harsh recently. Give it a couple of days. My "all things being equal" score was in the mid 5s throughout the first day and is now up at 6.1 -- hopefully it's all just the picky voters and scores will get better.

heck i would have given it a 10 LoL cuz we -all- know how it feels for 'waiting' for the challenge to be OVER....and to see your 'current' score... I've worn out the left mouse button on my mouse... :( |

Haven't entered this challenge but just finished voting. I've reserved the higher scores for the images that convey "waiting", not the images of random subject X with a title that reads "waiting for Y"
Overall some really nice submissions in there. Good job everyone. |

And, that's up from sub 4 after the first 20 votes. Those were savage votes! This is a bit confusing to me, as the image is pretty good and meets the challenge. Obviously, I'm getting DNMC votes, but I don't think the image is even close to NOT meeting the challenge. No comments to tell me what I did wrong. |

The pic is nothing to drool over however I can assure you friend. Have to sit and wait this challenge out since this is coming as shock. Other challenges where i have sweated out in staging and composing has done terrible and now with this? well If I can just stay above 6..I would be very happy. |
