Macallan is an single malt Scotch whisky. Tuaca, which I love on ice, is a brandy based orange/vanilla Italian liqueor.
Still plenty of Rum left I see so I still can't make my comment;-)
Still have that craving for a Coca-Cola Slurpie....might have to go out and get one on the morrow. |

You know, homemade rootbeer is the best kind. And the kind you make with yeast and have to let rest - [cough!]ferment[cough!] - underneath your stairwell for a week or two is even better. I always wondered why mum would only let us have one per day when we were little kids. The last bit of a batch that had hung around for awhile would probably be getting up into the 3-5% alcohol range.
I think I will stick to tequila and scotch myself, however. ;) |

Just to clarify, the yeast don't make lots of alcohol unless there is no oxygen... So as it's resting, it's likely making tons of CO2, not much alcohol..
Although, to be fair, if your religion absolutely prohibits alcohol, if you drink root beer, you're probably going to burn, or whatever you think is the negative version of eternity.. |

With the warmer temps, I'd like a citrus vodka tonic with muddled orange, lime as well as a squeeze of both. IT's SO GOOD!!!
