Well I'd like a little less competition from our Icelandic friends in the Free Studies, but that's going too far :) Hopefully we can beat them fair and square without trying to entice them into any active volcanoes ;P

Imagine Larus LalliSig taking photos of a lovely Icelandic lady, with nothing on but her blue eyes, with a volcano, northern light background..

You forgot the lightning (Luckily, it's a side effect of volcanic eruptions :) )

That's what I call fire and ice! A volcano erupting through a glacier, how cool is that.

Solid evidence of global warming. Obviously caused by man living on the island.

Probably more likely that it is due to the "Fire and Brimstone" attached to the Bible's doctrine of divine retribution... you best be worried, very, very worried. :O)

Oh great.

Bad enough that the rest of us (non-Icelandics) already have to compete against jagged coastlines, amazing sunsets, lanky ice-pale blondes of both sexes, blasted-earth landscapes, roiling seascapes, shaggy feral horses, endless sweeps of sky, and massive swathes of the aurora borealis. Now we have a frickin Icelandic VOLCANO to go up against too! NO FAIR! ;-)
