I'm in Winnipeg right now & there is noting to do, so I go across the road to Rogers Video to rent a couple of movies & buy the 1st season of Lost. Now to start I'm looking for the movie Inglourious Basterds and I can't find it, So I ask the man working if he could tell me where it is, WRONG thing to do was ASK FOR HELP! Well this man was SOOOO rude it wasn't funny. He didn't want to get off his lazy ass! If you don't like your job GET A NEW ONE! I'm so sick of crap customer service! To think I just spent $69.00 at this place is just pissing me off! Then to boot I asked for a bag & he said that will be 5 cents! My god, give me a break! Keep your bag! I feel like taking everything back! I'm calling Rogers head office! I have had it. This is not the first time this has happened there. I'm so sick of people like this. GET A LIFE! Stop acting like the world owes you something. Try & be happy because knowone wants to be around rude people!

I feel better now! LOL

I had a bad experience buying glasses once. They didn't fit well, and I went to exchange them. The woman was so incredibly unhelpful, and so intolerably rude, and insisted that I was imagining things, that I simply left the store, went back to my office, and called the regional manager for the chain. Turns out she was the manager of that location. I got a free pair of frames from another location, plus personalized service from the manager there. I'm sure the manager with the attitude problem got a sit-down and a talking to (if not worse).
