Is anyone famiiar with or have done business through Snapixel?

Hey, I never heard of Snapixel, sorry. But, I do have questions about the camera you are using. I am upgrading, hopefully. I have been checking into the Canon EOS 50D. Are you satisfied with that camera? I have some weddings coming up, I am just a small timer. I am not charging a whole lot. Just materials. Since, I am amateur. Anyway, is that camera sufficient for what I need ? Will it be good for a small photography business, for portraits, weddings, and etc.

I have been taking photographs for 11 years. But, nothing professional quality. I am wanting to expand my horizons and build up on clientel. I am excited yet scared....lol. But, I am on a budget considering the economy and that I am amateur compared to the photographers around here.

I have a suggestion.... From what I have heard from about a million people on many photo web sites... once you have chosen a brand, stick with it! These are the reasons why. 1) it cost soo much more money to switch both a body AND a lens rather than one or the other. For example you want to upgrade from a Nikon D40 to a Canon EOS 50D and with the new camera you will also need to purchase a lens with that unless you upgrade to a higher end Nikon body like the D90 or something. 2) You are already used to Nikon's camera style. Most if not all (correct me if I am wrong here) are the same and if not the same VERY similar in the way that it was organized. I have wanted to change from brand to brand a million times but I have been given the same reasons over and over again and to be honest... It makes sense.

With all that being said, I too have wanted to go to canon so by all means weigh your options and if you think it is best to switch brands, go for it! and Good luck!!!

That can be ~fixed with an adapter..
