Hi everybody.
Sunday,14 I´m going to Lisbon - Portugal. My husband and I will stay there for a week, in vacations.
I´d like some suggestions, like special places to visit, one day trip to another city, some good restaurants, etc..
All tips are very well come.
tks,
Lele

Hey Lele! :)

Many years ago, I visited Portugal for an equestrian trip. The two most memorable places I visited were Porto and Cascais.

Enjoy your trip!

thank you so much.
hihosilver Cascais is one of the cities we want to go, but Porto is a little far from Lisbon, don't know if we'll have time enough.

sarampo obrigada, vamos passear e fotografar também. Espero que o tempo melhore, está a fazer muito frio aí??

Lelez:

there's a lot to see and to photograph. Let's see if the weather is going to give us a break.

cascais is in the sea line after Lisbon. It's half hour drive so it's close. you can go on the afternoon and dinner in a restaurant over the sea. Some of the bests are Porto de Santa Maria or O Faroleiro for fish. And my personal favourite the Fortaleza do Guincho. Very expensive but also very good.

just a bit more to th enorth of Lisbon you have Sintra. It's a very magical place. you can visit some parks that are wonderfull for photos. There's a link that can be helpfull:

But for a really unique place I must sugest another place: Sesimbra and Cabo Espichel. it's about 40 minute drive to the south. Sesimbra is a small fishing village with a lot of food tradicion in fish and seafood. It has a wonderfull beach, lovely restaurants and you can spend one day there just walking, eating and shooting.

Cabo espichel is really close and has a very beautifull church and a monestry. you can find here some beautifull seascapes to photograph for shure.
