am i missing something or does paint.net not have dodge and burn? I just downloaded it yesterday so bare with me if i sound dumb! ;)

If you are interested in a cheap option that can do a lot more, Here is an online retailer that is selling Corel PaintShop Pro 11 (not the current version) for $8.95. For a more immediate need, you can get a 30 day full demo of the current version from Corel's web site.

That is tempting however if I were to buy this my bank account will not be as high as I would like before my trip to Iowa. :( Maybe when I get back? Thanks for the link though!
