Just got notification that there is now an upgrade available for Topaz Adjust. Seems version 4 is a free upgrade and looks similar to the recent upgrade to Detail. New user interface, increased number of presets etc.

ok, but how do you update? It only seems to give the purchase or free trial options...

If you have Topaz 3, you should get an e-mail.....then you download from the link. It'll then just morph into existing PS/whatever once you install it.
At least that's how it went in my case....

| I was in on the Beta for that (which only lasted a week). It's definitely faster. They did take away a couple of things I liked, but they also seem very responsive to users. Several of us in the group complained that we preferred the "click and hold" method of looking at the original instead of the sticky buttons they now implemented. They fixed it so that left clicking on the preview image shows the original while you hold the button. I also miss the "reset tab" button. Now you can just reset an individual slider by double clicking it's name. |

| WAY faster. Nice layout, too. I downloaded, installed, then found the button at the bottom of the main window that says "Menu", and it has the option there to put in your key. Did that. But it worked when I installed it so I don't know that it is necessary to do that part. |

If you have an earlier version installed it will pick up the product key from it. |

| What's with the little popup window thingie that says something about "You are using Topaz" or some such? Doesn't seem to do any harm but doesn't seem to do anything else, either. |

If it hangs up, that little message is telling you how to get out of it. It's in the new Detail too.
