View of downtown San Francisco taken from Twin Peaks on a trip earlier this week. Pointed tower in upper left is TranAmerican Building' domed building below and to the right of it is City Hall. At the right, Market Street can be seen all the way to the bay. The small tower at its end is the old Ferry Building

I actually just got lucky with this shot - my settings were really bad! Aperture too small made shutterspeed too slow, but at least I was on a monopod. Still my best offering for the week though...

This is cool, recognise the spire from the previous post, I think? Nice to have such a different view. I like the silly little clouds drifting above the very serious city. Cool. |
