It is with considerable pleasure that I report that our infamous Whiterook has just walked out of the house with a Sony a700, the former main squeeze of PennyClick before she migrated into the Canon camp with her 7D.

As some of you may realize, Stephen's beloved P&S was stolen last week; but thanks to Penny, he's cameraless no more, and DPC can breathe a sigh of collective relief. Look for many more (and better) images of Sara in proud flight as he deciphers the intricacies of dSLR focus-on-the-fly in burst mode :-)

It occurs to me the original post may be unintentionally misleading; the camera's NOT a gift, in case anyone thought that; Penny cut him a very good deal, one he couldn't turn down :-)

Whiterook's ability to brown is independent of the camera used.
A pro can brown with any camera. As I'm unfortunately trying
to prove with my latest entry. :)
