alot of you will know the site and editor Picnik but i am wondering is it "legal" to use this site to edit challenge entries?
such as the effects and stuff, obviously not the clip art and text...

I use picnik....but I don't use effects that don't comply with the rules.
I really need to learn photoshop.

hmmmm, I"m not sure about that. I've never used that effect on any my pictures.
Most of the stuff I enter is "basic" editing, so under the edit section I use rotate, crop, resize, exposure, colors, sharpen; from the effect section I use b&w, sepia, soften & vibrance.
I supposed the cross processing would be legal for "advanced" editing. But I really don't know.
