I think it counts each time you hit the update button as a visit. As you can see there's a few update addicts here! :)
Scrap that, I just tried it and hitting update didn't update the count, I guess we all just visit a LOT!

Something's weird about that number; I can't make it change. I have closed and reopened the site, no change. I have closed and reopened the browser, no change. I have rebooted the machine, no change. Now, the data DO say "before today", so I will see how much the number changes at midnight...

If it is only changing once a day, we all must be very, very old! 14,500+ visits with firefox on my laptop.

Yup, it added nearly 200 "visits" at rollover. And yesterday was a day spent away from DPC for much of the time...

No worries...at work we still have IE 6.0!!!! (Whatever!!!!)
