You might go here try communicating with Scalvertwho is a member of the SC...(he just signed on a few minutes ago). He is a very helpful individual.

Thank you. I have communicated with him and it is unfortunate but he can not help in this matter. All I'm trying to do is gift a membership to a friend of mine.

Hi Geri,

If you're trying to buy a membership to offer someone, it's this page.

Thank you ...I tried that and it didn't work for some reason so I requested an address from Admin. to send the payment and have heard nothing.

whenever i gift a membership, i asked that person to change password to something simple. i then log into his/her account, make payment for membership and logout.
send pm that it is done, please change password again.

Technically, that method causes both of you and the gift recipient to be in violation of the site's Terms of Use (Section 3.3). While no one ascribes nefarious motives to anyone in this particular situation, it would still be better to "go through the proper channels" when giving gift memberships; I think that would also allow giving of memberships anonymously.

this is 3.3

You agree that the provision set forth above (including without limitation the attribution to you of actions taken using your User Name or Password, computer systems or facilities) is commercially reasonable.

so in that sense you are correct that what happened here is violation of TOS3.3.

however, the rule only talks about 'you' the user. And mostly says that it is responsibility of user to protect his account.

So effectively the thing that is breached is :

You may not disclose your Password to any third party or share your Password with any third party without the prior written consent of DPChallenge.com.

anyway I think the simple work around would be that next time i will tell other user the password.
In this situation technically the user did not tell his/her password and he/she does not need to take written permission from dpc. So no breach of TOS. Only thing is he/she is responsible for protecting his/her account.
