it is always the other way around for me. I get Hammered on Monday Mornings then spend the rest of the week hoping to rebound. Usually the last day voters are the most friendly to me.

surprisingly enough, most of the time Monday voters are quite nice and Friday voters stink. I can't understand why--people should be so much happier on fridays! |

First few votes had score in 6.3xxx range. Voters have not been very kind overnight. I was under the delusion that I had a pretty good entry, but score has been steadily falling. oh well, let's just see what the rest of the week brings.

I thought I made it resonable clear that I had done It quickly due to the fact that I have exams tomorrow..
And also saying that I will be commenting later (therefore looking at the pictures once again).
To add, The lowest vote I gave out was a 5 to make up for the haste voting.. |
I don't think that there's any reason why you should have to explain yourself for how you voted. And I think it's silly that someone would call you out on your process.
I usually do the same voting thing, depending on the size of the challenge pool. I'll do my first round of voting early on in the challenge, then go back later in the week and make adjustments and comments.

This is a funny one. I spent a couple of hours yesterday shooting fruit and got what i think was a mediocre still life out of it. It was alright but not very interesting really. But i did come across some great shots that were far more 'me' whilst doing so. So i went for one of them expecting a low score. :) I'm very pleased though. My one comment says that he has given me a 1 because he doesn't understand it, but he will re-consider if i explain it to him. No chance! :) Thats a result as far as i'm concerned!! (although i was very drunk when submitting last night and i think i may need to explain the title to myself let alone others) |

I don't know how a well exposed, sharp image with good colors and lighting is doing this poorly. Maybe I'm blind. Hoping someone takes the time to explain to me why it's so "meh".

Seems pears are "in" these days. I expected a majority on oranges, then kiwis or apples, bananas and grapes. Didn't think that many pears would cross our path.

I saw 6.00 in the middle of the night, but thought I must be dreaming. Then it fell to 5.7, now climbing back slowly. Can it make it back to the peak?
