| About time, the UK government is getting out of control with many of it's laws and rights are being eroded under the all encompassing "anti-terror" laws. |

I guess the intents expressed Herenever came to pass.
It really ought not to be an issue for much longer as I believe the European Courts recently ruled that the current arrest procedures are illegal. See the article shown Here
