I got a pre-paid Visa card from my friends for $30 and I wanted to get a membership but it's not working.
I've registered the card to me already.

| I used a pre payed card for my membership a few days ago and I had no problems. I don't know what to say other than it should work. |

Does it give you a message when it does not accept the card?
Some pre-paid Visa cards charge a fee when you activate the card and charge a fee when you use it. The fees could have put your balance below $25.00.
The best thing to do is what  ErikV stated. Go to help > Contact Us > DPChallenge - Administrative Inquiry.
