I want to add a picture of me to my profile & it says it must be 120x90.
How do I adjust the size of my picture?

Best way would be to do it the same way as you resize your challenge photos except use the dimensions of 120x90.

My experience is mostly photoshop and in there you use IMAGE > IMAGE SIZE unflag the 'constrain properties' near the bottom of the popup window and enter 120 x 90 in your width and height boxes depending on the orientation of your photo (and making sure it says pixels) and voila, you now have a small profile pic.
