"Then all the reindeer loved him
as they shouted out with glee,
Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer,
you'll go down in history! "

This is so obviously a reference to Stalin.

Something else interesting with regards to Christmas:

The trss is actually a male fertility symbol due to its representation of the phallus, and the wreath is the female counterpart, representing the vagina.

My sister in law placed the wreath on top of the tree which I found hilarious... more hilarious than wrapping tinsel around what amounts to a giant dick and nailing a vagina to the door anyways.

You can read all about this by looking up the stories of Nimrod, Mithras and about 300 more deities who died/were reborn around the Solstice due to it symbolizing new growth and new life, and how Christianity is basically wrapping paper for the old Pagan ways...

Anyways, sorry for hijacking the thread, I just found it humorous that every time I go home there's a plastic genitalia on the door.

So, Rage Against the Machine for #1? I hope so!

This suddenly takes on a whole new, pretty horrific significance...

He looks like he's listening to Rage on his ear-muffs though.

I feel that this would be a perfect time for everyone to watch this masterpiece, since it's *guaranteed* to in some way be the Xmas no1 ;)

I was over in Scandinavia last week. I turned on VH1 and they had the 50 songs from Bands produced by Simon Cowell.

I never heard of the band Westlife, but they had like 20+ songs in the list. What a lame-ass group that is. Said they've sold more records in the UK than the Beatles. Really?!?!?! One of the hits was a cover of Barry Manilow's "Mandy". again, Really?!?!?!?

Dear lord, what has happened to music fans in the UK?

I read that Rolf Harris was releasing a new Christmas song. You mean, it hasn't got to Number 1 yet?

Since when have people who buy boy band's CDs been music fans?

Good point. But surely there aren't that many screaming 13 year old girls in the UK buying the CDs that would surpass the total sold by the Beatles. Someone else has to be buying them too.
