So very true, Juliet. And it always will come down to personal preference. Earlier I compared this project to teaching a beginner rider the absolute basics, so they can be ready to ride competently whether they choose English or Western. My thing is, no harm having a personal preference, but sure doesn't hurt to be versatile and have at least some hands-on experience with the competition, in any realm of life. That way at least you can make informed decisions.

*Grin* at the Mac/PC thing...I currently use BOTH an ancient iMac and a refurb PC. However, the PC is for Internet use only. I'd rather lose the PC to a virus than sacrifice the iMac where I keep my pictures, copy of PhotoShop etc. And being the packrat that I am, my two other retired computers that I can't bear to part with - why should I? I can take them out of storage once every year, boot them up and they both work perfectly - are a Mac Classic II and a G3.
