Geocachers might recognise these;

They are small enameled metal disks that you design yourself and they make them. You can then trade them with other collectors around the world or drop them into geocaches, or use them like 'calling cards' - They can be tracked back to you by the finder using a serial number.
Pretty interesting idea - and there are some beautiful designs in the gallery on that site. |

My daughter has been collecting them at Geocaching gatherings. We've talked about putting one together, but haven't gotten around to it yet. Kids love 'em... but I know plenty of adults who are collecting them, too. |
