Planning a trip to Rochester...ideas for good shooting? (Or even just fun things to do)

Thanks in advance.

We did make it to Corbett's Glenn last time which was great (See below.) And we loved the Eastman house, though I wasn't especially fond of the photo collection when we went last year.

When are you headed to Rochester? We will all be headed there Christmas day and spending most of that week there (I grew up in Rochester and my family still lives there). If there is snow, Mendon Ponds is a nice area. The chickadee trail has tons of birds that are freakishly friendly (I have multiple pics of chickadees in my boy's hands eating). Unfortunately I have never really gone there with the intention of doing any kind of landscape photography so I am weak in that area.

If you like chicken wings my dad makes the best in town. He runs L&M Lanes (a small bowling alley on Merchants Rd in the city) and has flat out amazing wings and sauce. If you like em hot they dont get much hotter than his (burns real bad but still has amazing flavor). If you go let him know you are a friend of mine and I am sure he will take care of you well.

Post up when you are going. Liek I said we plan on being there after Christmas. We split the time up between Rochester and Cicero (just North of Syracuse).
