Can I upload potential challenge images to my workshop folder?

I'm sure this has been answered before but can't find it.

Should not be a problem since photographs in your workshop folder are hidden from view. However you should not give out the link or image number to anyone for viewing before or during a challenge to influence their vote. In other words, if you do upload a potential entry to your workshop folder keep it private to avoid any possible confusion. Remember it will count how many times it has been viewed.

Also keep in mind that anyone can come across your image randomly without you knowing about it or sending the image number or link. Best bet is to also hide the image within the workshop folder.

But you can't from your workshop transfer it to the challenge. You will have to upload it again into the challenge.

Thanks - I appreciate it.

I always like looking at my images on my smaller Mac laptop before submitting - especially with the new size limit. This way I can view it on DPC through my account instead of copying them over the LAN. It works fine with the preview function in DPC for one image but not multiple of course so this solves it.

And wouldn't it be nice if you could transfer it from your workshop straight into a challenge ?
