That Ernemann was the camera with the fastest lens ever (f/2 and one year later f/1.8) when it was built in the mid 20's.
I found out about it last month when I saw an add in an antique camera magazine.
I WANT ONE!!! |

The machine gun cameras are awfully cool. Could have used one at that WWII reenactment a couple of weeks back.
This is not nearly as unusual as any of the above, but I own one of these, the world's smallest full system SLR:
