Ski resort pulls season pass of woman who wrote critical letter to the editor
I have my own opinions of the worthlessness of DMR. I guess the positive is they did refund her money. |

Fair or not, I won't judge, but it seems a little harsh to pull her pass. I don't know what she said to them on the phone, maybe she got nasty? I pulled up the Oct 2nd article and it was typical whining/complaining. I didn't read through the comments though, maybe she said more? Seems extreme though, I'd like to hear DMR's side of the story.
